As of November 21, 2008, we have suspended the collection of real estate sales data for Clarke & Oconee counties due to lack of subscriptions and request for the data.  Data collected prior to November 21, 2008, is still available online for your use.  Should demand for sale data for these counties increase we will gladly begin data collections again.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Starting in February 2006, the online version of Enota Associates' "Real-estate Appraisal Database" (RAD) will be fully active.  The new version provides users with additional search capabilities and ability to purchase/renew subscriptions online using a credit card.  Additionally, users can gain full access to search data in all counties thru our new Hourly Subscriptions.

We thank everyone for their support, suggestions, and feedback during our beta testing period.  Online RAD will now be open to service subscribers only.
